We are looking to move to South Anchorage. If anyone knows the ins and outs of finding great "before they hit the market" deals we would love to hear from you. We need 3700 sq ft or more as the size of our family bigger that the average,lol! Thanks Eden

You can't move! You are stuck where you are permantely! Actually, we are looking for something, somewhere to finally end up for a while. I don't know how to find houses before they go on the market, but talk to Laney, maybe she knows something.
Laney is RAD! (That felt so 80's - haha!) When did this happen?? It hasn't been THAT long since I talked to you, has it? We need to talk sista'!
